WooCommerce Product Options: New Quantity Pickers & Shareable Cart Links

Katie from Barn2 has just announced the release of WooCommerce Product Options 2.6. This update introduces quantity-related option controls, shareable cart links, and new price display options.

New Features

Let’s take a look at the new features introduced in WooCommerce Product Options 2.6:

• Quantity Pickers for Multi-Choice Product Add-Ons:
  Each option can have its own quantity picker, enabling customers to select the exact number of units they require, with prices updating automatically. Quantity pickers also work for options that are free of charge. Quantity fields for WooCommerce product add-ons are particularly useful for food boxes, bundles, wholesale orders and any store that requires quantity control at the level of individual options rather than products.
• Shareable Checkout Links:
  Create shareable checkout links that recreate a fully configured cart for customers, complete with pre-selected product add-ons.
• New Price Display Options:
  Option groups now include a dedicated setting for displaying the main product price on the product page. You can hide the main product price completely, or add a prefix such as ‘Starting from’ or a suffix such as ‘per unit’ or ‘per square meter’. Additionally, You can also hide option prices without changing totals and restrict option groups by user role, in addition to the existing product and category rules.
