• New UI for Optimize CSS Delivery
  They introduced a new UI for the CSS optimization options, moving/merging Removed Unused CSS and Load CSS Asynchronously to Optimize CSS Delivery. This way, users can achieve the best possible LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) results in the most efficient way. For a better web performance,  you can now only choose one or the other, but not both options.
• Moving WebP Compatibility Option
  To further declutter the interface, WP Rocket moved the WebP Compatibility option from the Media tab to the Add-ons tab which lists all compatibility add-ons. In v3.9, they have removed the Google Tracking and Facebook Pixels add-ons.
• Removing Disable Embeds Option
  In the latest version, the WP Rocket team also removed the Disable Embeds option from the Media tab. The reason for this is quite simple: Disabling WordPress embeds has only a very limited impact on the performance of your website (one HTTP request of 1.2 KB in size).

Finally, the minimum required WordPress version for WP Rocket is now 5.4.
