Astra 2.0 Beta

Now they are looking for beta testers. Join the beta and help them test the all-new Customizer that offers a faster loading speed as well as a better user interface and experience.

Check out the changes and improvements:

• Merged all customization options under one hood
• Reduced PHP calls to boost customizer performance
• Combined Google font loading requests
• Live preview is now faster

The results are really impressive. Compared to version 1.0, Astra 2.0 reduced the customizer loading time by up to 60.71%. Please note that the beta version will be available for both Astra Theme and Astra Pro.

Astra is a lightweight, free WordPress theme built for page builders such as Beaver Builder, Divi, and Elementor. The last one recently introduced a free starter theme.

PS: Astra 2.1 comes with cleaner HTML and makes it quite easy for browsers to cache CSS which means an improvement in load time and speed.
