New Jira Integration
Do you want to create a Jira issue from an incident so that you can track follow-up tasks and get issues resolved faster?
Simply open the incident, click Create Jira, fill in the optional fields and create the issue.
You can also automatically create Jira issues based on severity or affected services. Connect Jira > Go to Escalation Policy > Who Should We Alert? > Add your Jira integration.
New Elastic Integration
Do you want to enhance your Elastic suite with the incident management capabilities of Better Stack?
With the new Elastic integration, you can automatically create and resolve Better Stack incidents directly from your Elastic alert rules. This allows you to automate your entire incident workflow using Better Stack’s advanced incident management features.
