Multiple On-Call Schedules

Do you want two or more teams to manage the same monitors? You can now create multiple on-call calendars and escalate alerts to other teams if the first one needs help or does not acknowledge the incident in time.

For example, the first on-call team has a specific problem. By escalating the incident, it alerts the second on-call team, which has the required expertise. This avoids manual escalations and streamlines the process of collaboration between teams.

Learn how multiple on-call calendars can work for you by navigating to Who’s on Call.

Incident Search

If you need to find specific incidents, you can now search the incident dashboard and find incidents by their monitor name.

Do you want to see incidents with a specific cause? No problem either. Search for the cause, e.g. status 502, and you will get all corresponding incidents.

Tip for power users: Press / to search immediately.
