Would you like to give your users more information about the current outage or just let them know that you are investigating the incident? Now you can quickly communicate any status updates directly from your status page.

With these announcements, you can quickly reassure your users that you are taking care of any ongoing incidents, limiting the number of questions your support team has to answer.

To add your first status page announcement head over to Status Pages > Configure > Advanced Settings.

However, you can now also inform your users about ongoing incidents directly in your app via embedded announcements.

If enabled, the embedded announcement will automatically appear once a new status announcement is posted on your status page. No need to type anything twice. Simply disable the embed if you only want to display the message on your status page.

You can set up embedded announcements at Status Pages > Configure > Advanced Settings.
