Are you facing a complex problem and urgently need an extra pair of hands? No problem, as you can now alert your co-workers to join the firefighting effort with just a few clicks. Do you want to delegate an incident to a colleague to take care of? That is now possible as well.

Just click the Escalate button on the incident details page and select who you want to alert and how you want to alert them.

Choose how you want to be notified during certain hours and days of the week. This comes in really handy if you want to be notified differently on weekends or at night. It’s also great for teams that manage on-call services across multiple time zones.

Collaboration on solving incidents is now even faster thanks to user mentions. This eliminates the need to manually send incident links via email or Slack.

Simply mention your teammate in your comment and they will receive an instant email notification. You can share insights on ongoing incidents and work together on post-mortems without having to remind each other of new edits.
