Elementor: Reduced CSS Code on Load, Anchor Offset & Search Upgrade

The Elementor team has just released version 3.25 of its website builder for WordPress, introducing CSS optimization, improved anchor linking and a search upgrade.

New Features

Elementor 3.25 offers improved CSS loading, a smoother scrolling experience for visitors with the new anchor offset control, and a new pagination feature for live results.

  • CSS Optimization for Faster Websites:
Elementor 3.25 brings further CSS optimizations that improve website performance. By loading only the CSS code your WordPress site needs, visitors will experience faster page load times and an overall smoother browsing experience.
  • Smoother Scrolling with Anchor Offset:
Elementor has switched from AnchorJS to native CSS to improve anchor link scrolling. Previously, if you had a sticky header, the anchor link wouldn’t always stop in the right place. Now, with the Anchor Offset feature, you’ll have precise control over where your anchor links stop.
  • Pagination for Live Results:
The latest update to the Search widget adds pagination to live results for an enhanced search experience. This allows visitors to easily browse through results with ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons or numbered pages, without having to leave the page.
