User Invitation ©EmailOctopus

You are now able to invite multiple users to join your EmailOctopus account. Whether you have a team of people who need access to your campaigns or you want to give your clients access to the reports – this is now possible!

The number of users you can add to your account is unlimited. Currently every user has full access to the account – they can do everything you can do with campaigns, email lists and invoices. This is probably why you will not want to give your customers access to your account yet. However, a solution is within reach as multi-user access levels aka user roles are coming soon!

Template Creation From Campaigns

They have also released a new feature that allows you to create email templates from campaigns that you have drafted or sent in the past.

So if you have a successful, winning email that you want to replicate in a future campaign, it’s as easy as a click of a button. Simply select the email in your campaign you want to copy and choose “Save as template” from the drop down menu.

You will then find this email ready for reuse in your templates.
