Workflow Automation With Zapier

If you want to add new features to your membership website, this is usually quite easy by installing one of the many free or paid premium plugins, such as the gamification plugin GamiPress or the email marketing plugin MailPoet for instance. But the new Zapier integration offers you even more possibilities.

You can connect MemberPress to hundreds of different apps and services through Zapier. In doing so, Zapier automatically moves information between your web apps and helps you do many tasks automatically. A real time saver!

It just takes three simple steps:

Install the MemberPress Developer Tools Add-on
Connect Zapier to MemberPress (which is currently still in Early Access): You will find your API key at MemberPress » Developer » REST API.
Create your first Zap

For example, you can create a zap that adds new members to your MemberPress website every time they sign up via a MailChimp opt-in form. User will then automatically receive a free membership as a small benefit for their newsletter subscription. This will be much easier to do with Zapier – and cheaper than hiring a developer.
