Encharge Now Natively Integrates with Segment

Kalo from Encharge has just announced a native Segment.com integration, event merge tags and much more for their email marketing automation platform.

Native Segment.com Integration

Previously, the integration between Encharge and Segment was based on webhooks. However, they have now revamped it, allowing you to connect the email marketing platform and the customer data platform natively.

If you are using the old legacy integration, you will need to disconnect and reconnect to enable the new integration.

Event Merge Tags

You can now use event properties as merge tags in your emails. This allows you to personalize your emails and share important information with your users, such as an email notification that their trial is about to expire.

You can now get a ready-to-use code snippet in your preferred development language to add the event to your app.

Label Template for Events

Encharge now allows you to customise how an event is displayed in the events timeline. You can use properties from the event payload to customize the label. For example, for a “Registered” event, you could use the following label template: “User registered for Plan”.
