Encharge Overhauls Stripe Integration

Encharge has just announced a completely reimagined and redesigned Stripe integration for its email marketing automation platform that finally meets the complex needs of B2B SaaS companies. The all-new integration has been meticulously tailored to sync your billing data with Encharge and allow you to automate your customer journey.

The new integration automatically syncs your Stripe revenue and billing data with Encharge when a new customer is created or updated. No more need to use flows. You can also import all your historical data and customers from your Stripe account.

Encharge has also added a total of 12 new Stripe triggers. These allow you to create powerful flows to automate your subscription process. For example, you can send triggered emails when a subscription is scheduled for cancellation, when a new trial is received, or when a subscription is due. You can also assign CRM tasks for sales reps to follow up with new customers, trigger trial expiration emails when a user is most likely to upgrade, and more.

Finally, you can see all Stripe events such as “Subscription Activated” and “Trial Started” in a user profile’s activity feed and easily build segments around them.

Note that existing users will need to disconnect and reconnect from the Apps settings page to update to the new version.
