Fluent Support 1.7.3 includes some frequently requested features to help manage support and improve efficiency.

  • Report by Products & Business Inboxes:
    Now you can drill down into data based on products and business inboxes, rather than just agent and personal reports. You can select specific products to explore product-centric insights, or select business boxes to reveal specific business box insights.
  • Improved Ticket Deletion:
    In response to customer feedback, Fluent Support has added a new Delete Ticket feature to the View Ticket screen, improving ticket management for a smoother workflow.
  • Easier Management of Agent Permissions:
    They have also redesigned the Permissions page. You no longer need to manually select each and every permission for your support agents. Instead, you can now select permissions based on specific groups or select all with a single click.

  • Multi-Tab Activity Viewing:
    Previously, selecting an activity log would open it on the same page. Now, your selected activity opens in a new tab, making navigation easier.
  • Improved Activity Monitoring:
    Previously, deletion logs didn’t show up on the Activity page. Now it is easy to track ticket deletions. Once a ticket is deleted, you’ll see a record of it right on the Activity page.
  • Route State on Inner Sidebar:
    The inner sidebar now picks up where you left off. No matter if you’re exploring business inboxes, saved replies, activities or more, returning to the Tickets page keeps you right where you left off.

Finally, Fluent Support now also supports RTL in email templates.
