FluentBoards Introduces Recurring Tasks, Roadmap Reports & External Storage Integration

Jewel from FluentBoards has just added recurring tasks, external storage integration, roadmap reporting and more to the project management plugin for WordPress in version 1.30.

  • Roadmap Report: Get a bird’s eye view of your project’s progress with the new Roadmap Report feature.
  • Improved notification system: Stay on top of your tasks with the new feature to count unread notifications in tasks.
  • Streamlined attachment process: Just paste files or URLs directly as attachments.
  • Improved searchability: Labels are now searchable, making it easier than ever to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  • Time tracking enhancements: Modify time tracking records and find them in the CRM contact section for better time management.
  • Markdown support: Task descriptions now support Markdown on paste, allowing richer text formatting.
  • Advanced filtering: Custom fields have been added to filters for more precise task management.
  • Kanban enhancement: A date picker has been added to Kanban boards for easier scheduling.
  • Archive Search: Use ‘archived: (text)’ in Quick Search to find archived tasks.
  • Subtask visibility: The number of completed subtasks is now visible on task cards.
  • My Tasks section: A new ‘Other’ tab has been added for better task organisation.
  • Multilingual support: They have expanded language support with more translations.
