New Feedback Portal

The Feedback Portal is a dedicated space where your users can contribute to the design and development process. Let’s take a look at its features:

  • Centralized Feature Requests: Users can submit ideas, vote for their favourites and discuss improvements all in one place.
  • The Live Roadmap: Shows exactly what is Planned, In Progress and Released. Build trust by showing that you’re listening.
  • Automated Transparency: Reduce support noise by providing users with a ‘single source of truth’ for your product’s future.

The new changelog feature enables you to announce updates directly on the Gleap portal and widget.

  • Close the Loop: Link the ‘Shipped’ changelog back to the original user request to show them that it has been delivered.
  • Social Proof: Users can react with emojis and leave comments, turning dry release notes into a community.

Code Indexing

Code indexing for Kai is now in beta. Rather than manually writing a help article for every minor UI change, you can now connect your front-end Git repository directly to Gleap.

Kai will then index your codebase and use it to guide your customers.

When a user asks a question, Kai doesn’t search for a manual — it examines your actual code, identifies the relevant logic and provides the user with step-by-step guidance.

Say goodbye to outdated documentation — Kai stays in sync with your evolving code.

Does that sound interesting? Sign up for Gleap to get 14 days of full access to Kai and all its premium features for free!
