Heartbeat Rolls Out CommandBar

Murtaza from Heartbeat has just introduced CommandBar, added easy access to invoices and prepared updates to the Documents page of the SaaS community platform.

CommandBar

Over the last few weeks they have been hard at work adding Cmd + K (CommandBar) functionality to Heartbeat, which includes:

  1. Easy actions (i.e. create channel/event/course)
  2. Navigation links & settings pages (i.e. monetization, groups)
  3. All help guides (both the User Guide & Intercom help articles)

Please note that this is an admin-only feature at the moment, and is still in beta.

What’s More?

RSVP
Event Recommendations ยฉHeartbeat

Admins can now easily access invoices within Heartbeat by navigating to Settings > Platform Billing > Manage Billing and scrolling down to “Invoice History” to view all past invoices. They have also added event recommendations after RSVP and conversion tracking for Google and Facebooks ads.

On 12 June, they will update the document view for all communities to switch to the map view they are using for courses. This won’t break any existing document setups.

In other news, Heartbeat introduced email white-labelling and text customization. You can now send emails through your own domain, including ย invite emails, weekly digests, event rsvp emails, notification emails, and more. In addition, you can customize the text of invitations and weekly digest emails. Note that this feature is included in Growth and Business plans.
