Heartbeat Announces Workflows & Draft Events

Murtaza from Heartbeat has just announced workflows for their SaaS community platform to be released next week. It allows you to fully automate member actions. They also released draft and scheduled events.

Heartbeat Workflows

With workflows, you can now fully automate member actions within your Heartbeat community! For example, you can send automated DMs when new members join, send emails to members who purchase a paid product, highlight upcoming events with a popup, and much more.

With workflows, you can also

• Automatically send emails to disengaged users,
• Display an upsell offer immediately after someone completes a course,
• Create a pop-up that announces a new event, or
• Send a detailed “resources” email to new paid subscribers.

Draft & Scheduled Events

Heartbeat now allows you to create draft events to plan your calendar and collaborate with your team members. As the name suggests, draft events store all your event information, but are not published for the whole community to see – only for admins. In addition, you can schedule when these events will be published to create a realistic drip of new events for your community members.
