HeySummit Introduces Talk CTAs for Offers & Perks

Ben from HeySummit has just announced the September update for their event platform, introducing an improved Content Insights report, talk CTAs for offers and perks, new team permissions and more.

New Features

Find out what’s new at HeySummit:

  • Updated Content Insights Report:
The Content Insights report has been enhanced to give you a better insight into how your content is performing over time. This update introduces two key charts that make it easier to track daily viewing patterns and help you assess both live and replay engagement.
  • Talk CTAs for Offers & Perks:
You can now display call-to-actions tied to specific talks, ensuring your audience sees relevant offers at the right time.
  • New Team Permissions – Event Dashboard Access & Attendee Check-In:
Two new team permissions have been introduced to give you greater control over team member roles and access to your events. These permissions allow you to fine-tune what team members can do, ensuring they have the right level of access based on their responsibilities.
  • New Options for Customizing Event Perks:
Organizers now have greater control over the presentation and functionality of perks, making it easier to tailor the experience for specific use cases such as in-talk CTAs or direct downloads.
  • New Layout Mode for Checkout Ticket Selection:
HeySummit has improved the attendee checkout experience by giving you more control over how tickets are displayed. You can now choose between two layout modes on the ticket selection page, giving you more flexibility in how your event tickets are displayed.

Finally, HeySummit has improved the way it tracks attendance at Zoom webinars. Previously, they only recorded when attendees clicked the “Join Now” button, but this often resulted in incomplete data, especially if attendees joined through other methods. Now HeySummit automatically imports accurate Zoom attendance statistics directly from Zoom.
