Kinsta: New Premium Staging Environments Add-On
Recently Kinsta announced database and application hosting. For Kinsta’s Managed WordPress Hosting, they now offer the new Premium Staging Environments add-on.
Premium Staging Environments Add-On
With the new add-on, you can now add up to five premium staging environments to simplify development workflows and improve testing accuracy. Ideal for resource-intensive website testing or development, these high-performance environments have 12 CPUs, 8 GB of memory, and the same number of PHP workers as your live WordPress site.
Including the free standard staging environment, this gives you a total number of six environments for testing and development that are completely separate from your live site.
You can choose from three different options:
- Clone an existing staging environment,
- Install new WordPress, or
- Install an empty staging environment without WordPress.
You can even turn on Kinsta CDN for a premium staging environment and perform website speed tests on your test site.
The Kinsta Premium Staging Environment add-on is available for a prorated amount of up to $20 per month per environment. Note that you can purchase up to 5 add-ons.
PS: In September, Kinsta also added Tel Aviv, Israel to its list of 35 globally positioned data centers. It’s now available to all Kinsta customers!
