While you can easily see product sales side by side on the product page, this is not particularly useful if you want to compare product and variant sales. With this report you can now view net figures instead of gross figures, view net sales or net revenue in the chart, and change the chart’s “group by”.

You can also export chart and product data and view a table of product statistics for each period side by side. That way you can easily view month-by-month sales for several products at once.

New Segment Rules

Metorik added several new segmenting filters to analyse and extract data on your terms easier. The following two filters in particular are very useful:

  • Segment orders & subscriptions by line item SKUs
  • Segment customers by ‘placed order date’

If you are using the the placed order filter on the customers page, you can easily find and export specific customers who ordered between certain dates. By combining it with other filters such as the ‘first ordered’ one, analysing retention is far easier.

Engage: View, Export & Reactivate Suppressed Emails

With Metorik Engage, if a “hard bounce” or “spam complaint” occurs when sending emails to customers, Metorik will mark those emails as suppressed and will no longer attempt to send emails to them.

Now you can view, export, and reactivate suppressed emails from within the Engage settings.

Report Breakdown

Metorik comes with quite a few different reports. The new report breakdown attempts to catalog and track all of Metorik’s reports and KPIs in one single place.

They are currently working on including advertising costs from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more to their new costs and profit system (COGS). Stay tuned!
