What is it about? Broadcasts allow you to send one-off marketing emails out to large groups of customers. You can also send them to a segment of orders, subscriptions, and more.

They have been testing it for the last few months and are almost ready to share it with everyone.

Team Management

Previously, those who connected multiple stores to Metorik could only manage team members for a single shop at a time. With many shops, however, this can become quite cumbersome. Thatโ€™s why Metorik has just released a new tool that allows you to manage team members for multiple stores at once!

Engage Improvements

As they prepare to launch Broadcasts, they have been pushing a whole range of other improvements for Engage.

  • Metorik now tracks and shows which Engage email resulted in a customer unsubscribing (via theย unsubscribes page). Also, you can now see the number of unsubscribes caused by this when you view the statistics page of an Engage email.
  • You are now able to set the language to be used for each Engage email separately at Edit Automation > Message > Advanced Settings. This comes in quite handy if you send different emails based on a customer’s country or language.
  • They now track revenue per conversion and display it on the statistics page of a single automation.
  • ‘Drafts’ and ‘published’ automations are better separated with separate lists.

In other news, Metorik also added full support for the free Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin for WooCommerce.
