What is it about? Broadcasts allow you to send one-off marketing emails out to large groups of customers. You can also send them to a segment of orders, subscriptions, and more.

They have been testing it for the last few months and are almost ready to share it with everyone.

Invite & Remove Users From Multiple Stores

Previously, those who connected multiple stores to Metorik could only manage team members for a single shop at a time. With many shops, however, this can become quite cumbersome. That’s why Metorik has just released a new tool that allows you to manage team members for multiple stores at once!

Engage Improvements

As they prepare to launch Broadcasts, they have been pushing a whole range of other improvements for Engage.

  • Metorik now tracks and shows which Engage email resulted in a customer unsubscribing (via the unsubscribes page). Also, you can now see the number of unsubscribes caused by this when you view the statistics page of an Engage email.
  • You are now able to set the language to be used for each Engage email separately at Edit Automation > Message > Advanced Settings. This comes in quite handy if you send different emails based on a customer’s country or language.
  • They now track revenue per conversion and display it on the statistics page of a single automation.
  • ‘Drafts’ and ‘published’ automations are better separated with separate lists.

In other news, Metorik also added full support for the free Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin for WooCommerce.
