Stores using Metorik’s cost and profit reporting will now find a new dashboard and digest layout for Profit, full of useful report cards that link to the more comprehensive profit reports.

Better Search Results

Metorik has also improved the relevance of search results throughout the app, so you’ll get more accurate results for both global searches and general order, customer and product searches.

Segmentation Enhancements

In addition to customer segmentation, you can now segment the customer cohort report by orders. This can be useful to see the retention rate only for certain order products, or to limit the report to orders over $x only, etc.

They have also added the following three new customer filters: ‘Repeat Purchased Product’, ‘Repeat Purchased Any Products’ and ‘Single Purchased Product’.

These new filters allow you to find customers who have ordered specific products multiple times (or just once), which can help you measure retention and find the right customers to market to.

What’s More?

Metorik has analysed sampled data from thousands of WooCommerce stores across multiple industries to find benchmarks and insights into the state of e-commerce and Woo’s role in it.

In other news, Engage now lets you select multiple emails to send a preview email to. One of the best features of Engage is the ability to create real, unique coupons in your shop for every email you send. But this didn’t extend to previews, where they only showed a sample discount code. Now you can generate a coupon code and send a preview all in one.
