Missinglettr Rolls Out Advanced Analytics Beta & Agency Launch
Missinglettr just released v3.2 of their social media, analytics and engagement tool. This update introduces advanced analytics beta, quota changes, schedule optimizations, and the official launch of the Agency add-on.

Advanced Analytics Beta
Missinglettr just started to roll out the new Advanced Analytics module in waves over the upcoming weeks. Note that it’s currently in beta. The new module provides insights into how your campaigns are performing on social media, e.g. how many clicks they have gathered over a specified period of time. In addition, you can identify the best performing days of the week and times of the day in terms of clicks.
Agency Add-On
The Agency add-on is now officially out of beta and comes with a few minor improvmements:
- Page name and favicons can be customized
- Option to set a custom sending email address
- Clients have a new permission, preventing or allowing them to connect social media accounts (see above screenshot)
Agency is currently available only as a separate plan. By default, this plan does not come with full white-labeling capabilities. Please get in touch with the Missinglettr team to get a quote.
Quota Changes – Post Limits
As of this update, there is no longer a campaign limit of any kind. Similar to competing platforms, Missinglettr just introduced a new post limit which defines the maximum number of posts which can be scheduled in your calendar.
Post limits apply to campaign posts as well as manual one-off posts added to the schedule. In terms of migrating the quotas from Active Campaigns to Posts, the following formula is used:
Social profiles limit * Active campaigns limit * Max number of days in schedule templates for a plan = Post limit
If you have any kind of add-ons that increase your quotas, they will be calculated on your new post limit.
Schedule View
The schedule has been greatly optimized in terms of loading speeds – displaying your scheduled posts a year from now has never been so fast. In fact, we haven’t used the calendar view yet because it was way too slow. Well, not anymore!
