Welcome to the 33rd issue of The Pier. On Monday, the Cwicly team released their exciting new Tailwind CSS integration. The implementation for the Gutenberg design and block toolkit is top notch! The classes are integrated into the UI. For example, if you change a colour, Cwicly will automatically add the Tailwind class. You can even create a shell to group your classes. Of course, you can also copy and paste Tailwind components into your WordPress site, e.g. from Tailwind UI. Watch this video! Finally, they also released a new SVG block.

Supademo has updated synthetic AI voices with more natural voices and improved step copying, sharing and video exports. Automated text annotations now also create better, more natural step descriptions for interactive product demos.

WordPress: Blocksy 2.0.23 integrates its content blocks with MaxiBlocks.
WordPress: Spectra introduces a new Quick Action Bar that enhances your page design experience by adding a dynamic panel of frequently used blocks to the left side of the editor. In other news, Spectra will be releasing CSS Grid next month with easy to use controls.
WordPress: SureCart 2.17 adds automatic Facebook tracking for e-commerce events and expiration of access to prices.
WordPress: After announcing the new Time Tracker extension (The Pier #32) last week, MainWP releases a teaser video of the new Cost Tracker module coming in version 5.0.
WordPress: Solid Security releases a new firewall feature that provides an easier way to block or authorize IP addresses.
WordPress: The new free PublishPress Statuses plugin allows you to create additional statuses for your posts, such as “In Progress”, “Needs Work”, or “Rejected”.
WordPress: Beaver Builder shares progress on upcoming CSS Grid and Flexbox support via the Box module, global styles, and new Popup Maker integration.
