Custom User Tags

Custom User Tags
Add Tags To Team Members & Guests ©Nifty

Nifty now allows you to apply metadata to team members of your workspace and guests by adding user tags in their profile. You can try tags such as a role (eg. Designer, Developer, Account Manager) or location (e.g New York, Tokyo, London) for instance.

Chat & Comments Drafts

Content that has been written but not yet sent in Direct Messages and Task Comments yet will now be saved by Nifty. This allows you to return to your drafts without starting over! For chats, you will see a pencil icon indicating the draft message.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The Nifty team just introduced a stronger security for your account. With their 2-step verification, you’ll protect your account with both your password and your phone using authenticator apps such as Google, Authy, Duo, Microsoft etc.

Workloads Filter By User Tags

You can now filter through team members in your workloads by using your custom user tags. This allows you to filter by departments, roles, or locations to quickly balance workloads amongst your team.
