Ora Introduces Timeline, Agenda Scheduling & Zapier Integration

Ora just announced the latest updates to their beautiful, state-of-the-art project and task management tool including Timeline, Agenda Scheduling, Zapier integration, and much more.

Ora Timeline

Similar to a Gantt chart, Timeline is a place where you can schedule work to your team and plan your projects accordingly so that you can meet important milestones. A visual representation of what needs to be done next and a way for you to manage team resources. You can also draw dependencies between tasks and mark essential events in your project by creating project milestones.

Agenda Scheduling

Task schedules that appear in the Timeline are now also displayed on the Agenda as well.

From now on you will not only see deadlines in your agenda, but also schedules. This is the reason why you can see a task in a few lists when the task is scheduled for a few days. This is very useful for tasks longer than 1 day, and you don’t have to change the due date all the time. A bonus is that a scheduled task will also appear on the timeline.

As always, you have full control over this new feature. If you don’t want to see any scheduled tasks, just change the visible items in the toggles in the top right corner of the agenda. You can choose between deadlines, schedules, or both (selected by default).
