Propovoice Introduces Custom Fields & User Roles
The developers at Propovoice have just released custom fields for leads, deals and projects, and user roles to their CRM and invoicing plugin for WordPress.
User Roles
Propovoice has just introduced five user roles, including Manager, CRM Manager, Billing Manager, Project Manager and Staff. Each of these users will only have access to their assigned area of Propovoice. Note that no other access is granted within your WordPress admin.
Custom Fields
In the first iteration, Propovoice supports custom fields for leads, deals and projects. This will soon be available for all Propovoice CRM modules. You can create new custom fields in Propovoice > Settings > Custom Fields.
You can easily drag and drop all the custom fields. They will then appear on the pop-up form after the standard fields, at the bottom. At the moment Propovoice is only supporting text data. Over time, however, they will add all types of input fields with validations, conditions and automations with API support.
