Scribe Rolls Out Insights

Meg from Scribe has just released the April update for their visual step-by-step guide platform, introducing new insights into how users interact with your Scribes and Pages.

New Insights

Insights shows you detailed information about how your users are interacting with your Scribes and Pages. It also gives you insight into your team’s Scribe activity, such as popular documents, top users and daily views.

Stats

Hover over this graph to see daily document creation, views and completions over time. You can also see the average completion and share rates for the Scribes and Pages you and your team create.

Top Users

This section shows the users on your team who have created and viewed the most documents, or whose documents have generated the most views. This can help you assess who your most active and influential team members are.

Top Documents

Scribe also allows you to discover the most viewed documents by you or your team, helping you to answer questions such as “What are the most common processes in my organization?” and “Which documents are most important to keep up to date?”
