Scribe Releases Document Insights

Meg from Scribe has just released the September update for their visual step-by-step guide platform, introducing document insights, rich text formatting, video support and more.

Scribe has developed Document Insights to show who has viewed and completed your Scribes.

All users will see a total number of views and completion rate for your Scribes, as well as daily counts over the last month. Pro and Enterprise users can see detailed insights into exactly who has viewed the Scribe, whether they have completed it and when they last viewed it.

  • With this insight, you can stop asking yourself questions such as
  • Did they view the Scribe I sent them?
  • Are people getting stuck on a particular step?
  • Is this Scribe still relevant and being used in my organisation?
