SEOPress just released version 5.6 of their WordPress SEO plugin, introducing an integration with Microsoft Clarity and a brand-new Local Business block for Gutenberg.

Microsoft Clarity Integration

With Microsoft Clarity, you can capture session recordings of your users’ actions on your WordPress website – and it’s completely free and GDPR compliant too. In addition, you can also create heatmaps and get insights into user experience to increase conversions.

With the latest SEOPress version, you can now easily integrate Microsoft Clarity into your WordPress site, for example to optimise funnels and identify and fix UX issues.

New Local Business Block (Pro)

Previously, you could only add your local business data via the SEO > PRO > Local Business tab using widgets. With regard to WordPress 5.9 and Full Site Editing (FSE), the SEOPress team has developed a new Local Business block that allows you to add this information anywhere, e.g. in the sidebar, footer or in a post. The information is still taken from the settings. If you update your business details, all Local Business blocks will be updated accordingly.
