SureCart Releases Paystack Integration, Shipping & Order Fulfillment

With today’s release, SureCart has taken a giant step towards becoming a true WooCommerce alternative. After customisable shop and product pages, the WordPress e-commerce plugin now comes with shipping and order fulfilment.

Shipping & Order Fulfilment

The new shipping and fulfilment feature allows SureCart merchants to offer different shipping methods and rates. After the customer has placed the order, you can track different fulfilment statuses for that order. As usual, it shines with a beautiful UI and is fully customisable, such as the text labels and the checkout page.

They have added the following statuses:

  • Fulfillment Statuses: Unfulfilled, Fulfilled & Partially Fulfilled.
  • Shipping Statuses: Not Shipped, Shipped, Partially Shipped & Delivered.

Merchants can optionally add a tracking number and tracking link, and change the number of items for partial shipments.

You will need to enable shipping rates in SureCart > Settings > Shipping. You can then add new shipping methods and (custom) shipping profiles, which allow you to add custom shipping rates, shipping zones or destination restrictions for groups of products. You can set a flat rate or shipping rates based on order price or item weight.
