Userback Announces Advanced Webhooks
As you are probably aware, we use Userback both as a visual client feedback tool and for bug reporting (and bug tracking via GitHub) for all our client projects within our small agency. In short, our customers love Userback and some of them have already got their own accounts.
Recently, the Userback team has not only redesigned their website, but also added two great integrations with Notion and Linear. In addition, they have announced advanced webhooks for 8 November!
Advanced Webhooks
Userback Premium accounts now have access to advanced webhooks. This gives you more events and a complete picture delivered to the apps your developers are working on, including comments, status, assignees, priority changes, feedback votes and more.
Webhooks have also improved security with the user-agent for HTTP headers.
Finally, Userback has launched a new interactive demo to help customers train teams on how to collect better feedback using the platform.
