How To Connect Userback With Intercom, Drift & Zendesk Chat

Userback has been our faithful companion for all our projects for some time now. Without exaggerating, it’ s a real gem, which both we and our clients love. However, if you use Userback and live chat tool widgets at the same time on your site, it can quickly become confusing and crowded for your users. However, there is a simple solution for this as well.

Live Chat Tools

To be clear, Userback does not yet have direct integrations with live chat tools. However, their team has found some options for Intercom, Drift, and Zendesk Chat. It takes just a few steps to integrate the chat tools into the Userback widget.

  2. Add the code below to the Contact Us Link in the Userback widget settings:

In addition to that, you can also automatically send feedback to Zendesk. Simply create a new user in Userback with the same email address you use to create new tickets in Zendesk. Then log in as this new user in Userback and enable the notification e-mails in the project settings. If you now receive new feedback from Userback, a notification e-mail is automatically sent to Zendesk and a new ticket is created for your support team.

Finally, you can now quickly re-order feedback. Easily change the order of feedback and sort it by either newest or oldest first!
