Userback Rolls Out User Identification
Userback just announced a new user identification feature which allows you to tie the feedback, feature requests, and bug reports you receive in the visual client feedback tool back to your users.

New User Identification
You can capture an email address and other details in the feedback form, but that just means extra steps for your users and may result in lower form conversion rates. Moreover, it completely leaves out the other user data that exists in your web application.
The new Userback user identification feature allows you to automatically pass the user data from your web application to Userback.
Check out the benefits:
- Identify your users and properties in Userback
- Capture additional context with the feedback of your users
- Group feedback by users and their properties
- Identify your most active users in Userback
Note that this new feature is only available in Company and Premium plans. Start your free trial today!
More Improvements
Some improvements have also been made to the search for feedback in Userback. In addition to a new user interface, you can now filter by the user data that you capture in the feedback tool.
If you allow your users to view existing feedback via your widget, they can now filter this by feedback type. Users no longer have to scroll through all existing feedback. They can now easily filter by general feedback, bug reports and feature requests to see what is most relevant to them.
