WPForms: New Content Field & Anti-Spam Settings

The WPForms developers have recently introduced a new content field, new anti-spam settings and notification attachments to their form builder plugin for WordPress.

New Content Field

Until now, if you wanted to add additional content to your forms, this was only possible with the help of the HTML field. With the new Content field, WPForms has introduced a visual WYSIWYG editor that allows you to easily add content to your forms. And all this without having to know HTML.

For example, you can directly upload media, add custom text formatted as paragraphs and headings, and add ordered and unordered lists for instance.

WPForms has also added a new anti-spam settings menu that combines all their spam protection and security options in a single place, e.g. reCAPTCHA and hCaptcha. In addition, they have introduced a number of new spam filtering methods, including keyword filtering and country filtering. These are available globally for all forms on your WordPress site. Form entries are blocked if they contain keywords or come from countries you don’t want.

Finally, WPForms now allows you to add file attachments to your form notifications. You can also receive CSV attachments for form entries that contain data from specific fields.
