Advanced Ads: Google Ad Manager Add-On With Bulk Import & AMP Sizes
Advanced Ads just released an update to their Google Ad Manager add-on. Version 1.4 of the WordPress ad manager plugin comes with a bulk import for ad units and sizes for AMP.

Bulk Import Of Ad Units
You can now import all or a selected number of ad units from your GAM account directly into ads in Advanced Ads.
You will find the option at Advanced Ads > Settings > Google Ad Manager if ad units in your account are not yet synchronized with Advanced Ads.
Define Specific Sizes For AMP Pages
Since AMP pages function differently from normal websites, it makes sense to adjust the ad sizes to be displayed on them.
You can now do this directly in the ad settings. The option shows up automatically if you have installed an AMP plugin on your WordPress site.
