RMA Request Creation Via Backend ©aheadWorks
  • New RMA Requests Created Via The Backend
RMA requests can now be created directly from the backend via the Manage RMA page. This feature is going to be especially helpful for merchants who receive RMA requests offline.
  • Returns Section Order View Page
This section has been added for keeping all RMA requests assigned to particular orders in one place. The active link in the Request column guides users to a particular RMA request.
  • Canned Responses
Benefit from the new opportunity to add canned responses on the “Canned Responses”page. More to that, use the Actions drop-down menu to change statuses or delete multiple answers in one click.
  • Internal Notes For Admins
Leave notes about particular returns, customers, orders, etc. visible to admins only.
  • Extended API
The improved API allows you to transfer RMA requests from Magento to any CRM or other third-party tools.
  • Migration Tool
For those who still havenโ€™t migrated to Magento 2: You can now transfer RMA requests produced by their RMA extension for Magento 1 to Magento 2 based stores.

Also you will receive 90 days (CE) / 360 days (EE) of free support and a 45 day money-back guarantee.
