Gorgias Releases Ticket Fields in Beta

Gorgias has just released ticket fields for its Shopify, BigCommerce and Magento customer service and helpdesk tool, currently in beta. They have also added new Automation settings, a better search, and more.

Gorgias’ new Ticket Fields can help you gain actionable insights through finer-grained, more accurate reporting. Designed to present a summary of a ticket in a strictly formatted way, they can help improve the customer experience, identify quality issues faster, reduce costs and increase revenue.

The Gorgias team has also improved the search and added the following new features:

  • Search by order number — find customers using their order number
  • Search by recent interactions — search by tickets and customers you have accessed over the past few days

What’s More?

You can now access Rules, Macros, Ticket Assignments and the Automation add-on in the new Automation settings, all in one place.

Gorgias now also allows you to use custom fonts in the chat widget and custom avatars for support agents in the chat. Finally, they are currently building a step-by-step wizard to make it easier to add the chat widget to your website.
