New Features

  • Background Images
You can now improve the look and feel of your forms with background images. Simply head over to to Form Designer > Background Image to upload an image from your computer or choose one from Pixabay. Then set the opacity of the form area color. Et voilร !
  • Automatic Save To Resume Later
This feature allows your respondents to start filling in your form, then close it and return later without losing their answers. The answers, including uploaded and recorded files, will be kept safely in your respondentsโ€™ browser’s local storage for 2 weeks. You can enable this in Form > Builder > Set Up > Traits > Automatic Save to Resume Later.
Please note that partial responses are saved on the respondent side – AidaForm does not save partial responses on their servers until your respondent hits the “Submit” button, which serves as consent from the respondent to have their answers recorded.

In addition, you can now use the phone format that is common for your region, include or exclude “hidden” fields data into PDF reports, and manually set the width and height of images. Finally, you can now specify a fallback URL for the Restrict Form Access feature. This allows you to specify the URL to which your visitors will be redirected if your form expires or reaches the maximum number of submissions.
