AidaForm Announces Inventory Management for Order Forms

It’s been more than a year since we last covered AidaForm in an article. The online form builder has just released inventory management for order forms, a new timer for quizzes and tests, a new conditional visibility feature and more.

New Features

What’s new at AidaForm? Find out now!

  • Inventory Management for Order Forms:
You can now create and set up products and options to be used in the cart and dropdown fields on your form using the Inventory Management feature. That way you can limit the number of products and options available on the form and see how many items are left.
  • Timer for Quizzes & Tests:
The Timer field counts the time the user has spent on the form or form page. The field can also perform a countdown showing how much time is left and performing an action such as navigating to the form page after the specified time has elapsed. The Timer field is located in the list of form elements.
  • Conditional Field Visibility:
Use the Conditional Visibility feature aka conditional logic to specify whether a field on your online form is always visible to respondents, or only when certain conditions are met.
  • New UI for Logic Jumps, Calculations & After Submit Conditional Logic:
The new user interface allows you to set multiple conditions for an action and use pre-defined logic settings to perform a selected action.

Finally, AidaForm plans to offer more data centers to store the collected response data, in addition to the existing two.
