Amasty: Acquisition of MagPleasure + New Magento Extensions
At the end of August 2015, Amasty have proudly announced the acquisition of MagPleasure, one of their competitors in the Magento extension market.
In the meantime, Amasty have added the following three extensions to their own store:
- Tier Prices – Set tier prices as a fixed price or discount percent of base price
- Blog Pro – A professional blogging module with a responsive layout design & various widgets
- Share Me! – Give immediate discounts to customers for sharing products and your Facebook store page
From 27th August, the Amasty team has taken over the development of MagPleasure’s modules and are now also taking care of all updates, maintenance and support.
