Better Stack Now Integrates with Intercom & Linear
The Better Stack team has just announced two new integrations for its infrastructure monitoring platform, including Intercom and Linear.
New Intercom Integration
Want to make it easier for your support team to communicate about incidents and maintenance?
With the new native Intercom integration, you can now display the status page directly in the chat pop-up.
This allows you to proactively communicate any issues and prevent a flood of repetitive support tickets asking for updates.
New Linear Integration
Want to pass issues to Linear and track their resolution?
Better Stack now allows to automatically create Linear issues based on your existing escalation policy. How does it work? Connect to Linear, go to Escalation Policy, select Who should we alert and add the Linear integration.
You can also create issues manually. Go to an incident, click Create Linear and assign it to the right team.
