CartPops: Better Product Recommendation Engine

CartPops just improved the product recommendation engine of their fly-out cart for WooCommerce which is optimized for conversion. In addition, they added seven new integrations with third-party plugins and introduced an Add to Cart animation.

Recommended Variable Products With Select Options Button ©CartPops

Previously, you were only able to recommend simple products in the product recommendation engine. Since version 1.4.7 you can now also recommend other product types such as variable products for instance. In this case, the “Add to Cart” button is replaced by a “Select Options” button, which is in line with the way WooCommerce works.

For the future, however, it is planned to handle variable products and other product types directly in the drawer instead of redirecting to the WooCommerce product page.

The latest CartPops version comes with a sleek Floating Cart Launcher animation. It indicates that a process is happening in the background. This is a small update in preparation of the icon picker in the admin dashboard.
