New: NPS Surveys

Most brands assume they know what their customers want. But assumptions don’t drive growth, insights do. NPS survey widgets allow you to gather these insights into why customers love or leave your brand. All without complicated setups or third-party tools.

Claspo offers three ways to automatically collect feedback:

  • Classic NPS:
Just ask the golden question: “How likely are you to recommend us?” on a scale of 0 to 10. Works best after a purchase, onboarding or support interaction. Quick to set up, easy to track.
  • Dynamic NPS:
Dynamic NPS allows you to personalize surveys based on customer behaviour. You can adapt survey questions based on customer actions for more accurate responses and higher response rates.
  • Multi-Step NPS:
A 6/10 and a 10/10 tell two very different stories. But without context, they’re just numbers. Multi-step NPS helps you understand the feedback behind each rating, so you can turn lukewarm customers into loyal ones. For example: If the score isย 0-6ย ask “What went wrong? We want to improve.” If the score isย 7-8ย ask “What could we do better?” or if the score isย 9-10ย ask “Thank you! What did you love most?”

Use a pre-designed NPS survey template and get started with Claspo in less than 5 minutes.
