With Black Friday and Cyber Monday fast approaching, Clasp has released new features to help you make the most of this busy period. From a new interactive gamification component to smarter integrations and easier prize management, these enhancements will help you run more efficient pop-up campaigns. Let’s take a look at what’s new:
New Wheel of Fortune Component: The new Wheel of Fortune component is a new, interactive way to increase user engagement and boost your conversions. Users enter their details, spin the wheel and land on a prize, which they can view on a success page.
New Prize Pool Management: You can now more easily manage prize pools for each gamified component, adjust win probabilities, add or remove prizes, and edit rewards. Plus, changes are saved instantly.
New Promo Code Mapping: Claspo has made it easier to synchronise game results with external systems. When you use a gamified component, you can now map the promo code field directly to your CRM or marketing platforms.
In other news, Claspo has added double opt-in support to its CleverReach integration by default. Users will receive a confirmation email before being added to your email list. However, you can still disable double opt-in and add contacts directly (not recommended).
