With Black Friday and Cyber Monday fast approaching, Clasp has released new features to help you make the most of this busy period. From a new interactive gamification component to smarter integrations and easier prize management, these enhancements will help you run more efficient pop-up campaigns. Let’s take a look at what’s new:

  • New Wheel of Fortune Component:
The new Wheel of Fortune component is a new, interactive way to increase user engagement and boost your conversions. Users enter their details, spin the wheel and land on a prize, which they can view on a success page.
  • New Prize Pool Management:
You can now more easily manage prize pools for each gamified component, adjust win probabilities, add or remove prizes, and edit rewards. Plus, changes are saved instantly.
  • New Promo Code Mapping:
Claspo has made it easier to synchronise game results with external systems. When you use a gamified component, you can now map the promo code field directly to your CRM or marketing platforms.

In other news, Claspo has added double opt-in support to its CleverReach integration by default. Users will receive a confirmation email before being added to your email list. However, you can still disable double opt-in and add contacts directly (not recommended).
