Fleeq Introduces Workplace For Training & Onboarding

Fleeq allows you to create, share and track localized videos and GIFs in no time. The tool has especially been designed for support, sales, training, and HR purposes. For the last one, they just announced a new plan called Workplace. Basically, it’s a suite of solutions that is focused on onboarding and training employees. That said, it can also be used for training customers for instance.

Workplace includes up to 10 seats, 100 video exports per month (up to 10 minutes each), all premium features, and brand new tools that let you manage all your training efforts.

Training Flows

Choose a number of fleeqs and team members, and adjust your email content. Fleeq takes care of all your correspondence including follow-up emails. A live reports dashboard and a training center will be available to monitor and manage progress.

Quizzes

With quizzes, the Fleeq team added the ability to help you establish your knowledge sharing. Simply add a quiz at the end of your fleeq, track the accomplishment and learn where you need to address relevant issues.

Audit Logs

You will also get access to a live visual log of all actions across the system by your teammates. Find out who did what, when and where.

Reports

You are able to launch live snapshot reports that illustrate the status of how your team or customers are doing with their online education. From fleeq progress to quiz completion.

GDPR Ready

Instead of hosting your own privacy notice disclaimer before displaying your tracked fleeqs, you can now present and control the content of a privacy notice inside your fleeqs.

Workplace pricing starts at $39 per month if billed annually or $49 if billed monthly. There are no additional or hidden costs, but a fixed price for all your team needs!
