FlowMattic Unveils A Completely Rebuilt AI Assistant Chatbot

Nitin from FlowMattic has just released version 6.1.0 of its no-code automation plugin for WordPress. The latest version features a brand new AI assistant chatbot.

The entire chatbot engine has been rewritten from scratch using the latest OpenAI Responses API and features a brand new UI.

Let’s take a look at the new features:

• Choose from 14+ theme presets to match your brand, and enjoy full control over colours, layout, fonts and behaviour.
• Connect your own database tables, custom post types and URLs, and sync your WordPress custom posts as content sources — your chatbot will now answer using your own data!
• New in-chat actions: Collect leads, schedule meetings (Calendly integration available too), display suggestion buttons and add link buttons to AI responses.

In other news, FlowMattic has enhanced its email builder with the introduction of conditional visibility. You can now show or hide email blocks based on template variables. This feature is perfect for personalized emails where the content changes based on the recipient or context.
