FlowMattic 4.0 Introduces New Free AI Chatbot
FlowMattic has just released version 4.0 of its no-code automation plugin for WordPress, introducing a new AI chatbot, a new feature to test run a workflow with captured data, and more.
New AI Chatbot
The new FlowMattic AI chatbot is powered by the OpenAI Assistant API and can be customized in terms of appearance and functionality. You can even upload text and PDF files to train your assistant.
The chatbot gives you the option to trigger actions once the AI response is generated. You can either trigger your workflow with the data or send it to a webhook URL. Finally, you can even browse the history of user conversations. The chatbot can be easily embedded via shortcode, iFrame or pop-up widget.
What’s More?
FlowMattic has also introduced variables, an easy way to store and manage data throughout the workflow. The new Test Run Workflow feature allows you to test run a workflow with captured data without leaving the editor. Finally, they have added a new HARO Email module to easily parse your HARO emails and an improved Webpage Parser to extract links, headings and more.
