New Features
- Advanced Filtering for Tickets
Thanks to the new advanced filtering options, you can now easily find tickets by filtering different ticket and conversation properties. - Incoming Webhooks & REST API
You are now able to connect Fluent Support with any third-party services and plugins, such as form plugins for ticket submissions and email marketing plugins. Incoming webhooks are particularly useful if you run multiple websites but want to log all support requests in one Fluent Support installation.
- Improved Telegram Integration
As custom fields are now added to Telegram notifications, you no longer need to open or view tickets to get the custom field information. - Email Notification Improvements
Support agents now receive notification emails when a ticket is assigned to them. - Priority Field from Fluent Forms
Fluent Support already comes with default forms. However, you can also allow users to submit tickets via Fluent Forms. In this update, you can add priority fields in Fluent Forms for your WordPress support portal.
Agents can create support tickets on behalf of users. This update allows you to create new customers right on the ticket creation page. Lastly, support agents can upload their custom profile pictures for customers. Otherwise, Gravatar is used.
